I have been surely unwell for the previous few days. I very rarely get sick and it definitely wiped me out. However it jogged my memory how nicely our body tells us what it wishes in all conditions.

Sadly it turned into a tummy malicious program which meant I did not sense like anything to consume or even water became a piece dodgy. Funnily sufficient but the proper vintage "other halves story" of lemonade ice block in reality works and is the simplest thing I felt like or my body could keep down for the first  days. (So at the least I didn't get dehydrated!)

Whilst we're in a situation like this we must listen to our frame, we have no other desire. So I took myself off to bed and rested and slept as lots as I ought to.

You don't must find numerous more time for this stuff as often they can be combined. I walk each day in the lovely park next to our house. It has masses of paths winding through stunning fields, the bush and alongside the river. While on foot i can recharge, energise and stimulate myself whilst connecting to my higher electricity. Magic.

So this month I inspire you to consider if you are meeting all of your frame's needs in the proper way or do you maintain your self going by using overeating, alcohol or even over- operating? In the end your frame will inform you it has had enough!
